I understand that most people will be appalled that someone could say such a thing. I have thought about this more and more as I hear the media saying that “independent” voters are going to be the deciding factor in each election around the country. The more I think about it, the more I do not see how one can truly be “independent”. Absolutely, I see how someone can perhaps favor one side or the other, decide they no longer feel the same way, and then change sides. Completely understandable… However, what does an independent voter feel? What are they independent from?– Choosing a side?? Here are ten choices I feel that everyone who is educated on each side must be able to make…

1. Choice A- Government knows how to best handle our earnings

Choice B- We know how to best handle our earnings

2. Choice A- Government has the power to create jobs

Choice B- Individuals, entrepreneurs, and private business has the power to create jobs

3. Choice A- Government has the responsibility to take care of people by taking from others

Choice B- People have the responsibility to take care of themselves and others in need as they are able

4. Choice A- Government is the most efficient method of building roads, buildings, and infrastructure

Choice B- Private businesses, who want to stay in business, are most efficient at building infrastructure

5. Choice A- Government has the right to decide what we buy and what we don’t by flexing its muscles

Choice B- It’s my damn money, I’ll do what I want with it

6. Choice A- Printing money is the way to stimulate economic growth

Choice B- Allowing people to keep more of their money is the best way to stimulate economic growth

7. Choice A- Controlling the way private businesses pay, hire, fire, promote, etc. is the job of the federal government

Choice B- Private business should be able to run their business however they see fit as long as it is 100% private

8. Choice A- It is the taxpayers job to pay for someone’s mistakes when they “make an honest mistake” and get pregnant

Choice B- It is the duty of the parent’s to get a job, pay the bills, and take care of their new bundle of joy

9. Choice A- For the earth to survive, we must be able to produce power from wind, solar, water, corn, dirt, and amoeba farts

Choice B- It is my decision whether I drive a Hummer or a Prius and I should get no tax breaks regardless of my choice

10. Choice A- It is ok to claim that everyone is 100% equal, but we should give scholarships, grants, etc. to “certain groups” while others must build up thousands in student loans even though they aren’t from the right “group” of people

Choice B- Handouts are not the way to inspire and motivate anyone to work for anything that they already do not want to work for

Yes, perhaps some of my choices are biased. However, total up your A’s and your B’s. If you get 5 of each, I will offer you a cinnamon Pop-Tart and say I was wrong. In the end, I feel everyone has a basic set up values that line up in almost any decision. Simply saying that “everyone should work together” and “politician do too much fighting to get anything done” does not make someone an independent (one reason why folks should have to take a test to vote, but that’s for another day). Going into a booth and pulling the lever for the Democrat or the Republican because you think that person is going to the best job “working with both sides” is not a reason to vote. You can do this same test at home. Take all major issues that you can think of, and write down the basics of both sides to the argument. Make the Liberal views A, and the Conservative views B. Choose which you agree with. I guarantee you will not have answers split down the middle…

Simply put, my favorite time of the year is Fantasy Football time. Some will think that this is completely weird and absurd, and others will know exactly what I am talking about. No other time of the year brings a person as much excitement and as much agony as the 16 weeks of NFL football. It is this time of year that men like me can prove that were we given the opportunity to be GM of an NFL team that we would undoubtedly win the Super Bowl every single year (or perhaps go 0-16). After making it to my league’s Super Bowl the past 2 years, winning it all in 2008, I am hereby declaring myself a fantasy football expert. Therefore, I am going to, for FREE, provide anyone who is bored enough to read this with the expertise to make those crucial decisions for their Week 3 lineup… Enjoy and Good Luck!

Quarterbacks Start’em

Michael Vick- without a doubt the most undeserving player in the league right now. In any other circle someone who is guilty of what he has done would be picking up trash on the side of the road. But, alas, he is now starting QB of the Philadelphia Eagles. Therefore he has a terrific matchup against the pitiful Jacksonville Jaguars, who allowed 2 rushing TD’s to Mike Tolbert and 3 passing TD’s to Philip Rivers last week. They don’t look to get any better. I see Vick scoring thru the air and the ground multiple times.

Tony Romo- at times he has been one of the most overrated players in the league. However, as overrated as he may be, Romo is going against the Houston Texans defense in Week 3. This is a defense that has given up over 425 passing yards to McNabb and Manning in the first 2 weeks. I do not see Romo reaching those numbers, but I do see him being good for about 300 yards with a couple of touchdowns.

Joe Flacco- while the Brown’s have not been too bad thru the first 2 weeks, come on, it’s the Browns. Joe Flacco was a stud last year and I think this is the week that the whole offense gets back on track. This includes Flacco finding his new bud Anquan Boldin and Derrick Mason. If he doesn’t get it done this week, I say send him to the bench.

Quarterbacks Sit’em

Eli Manning- unfortunately for me, Eli is on my team. Luckily he is riding my bench behind Schaub anyway. Manning has thrown a few TD’s this year, but overall the offense in my opinion is terrible right now. I mean they have running backs throwing helmets at the fans. He will turn it around, but not against the Titans.

Derek Anderson- yes he made the Pro Bowl a few years ago, but he is certainly no Kurt Warner (thanks Kurt for getting me all those wins over the last 2 years. When no one else drafted you, I laughed in their face). He has Larry Fitzgerald and Steve Breaston, but for them to help him he must first have an arm. And I do not care that he is playing the Raiders. Get rid of him!

Kyle Orton- first of all, if he is still available in your league, I say pick him up. However, I do not recommend playing him this week. Both of my QB’s (Eli and Schaub) have had the pleasure of playing the Colts this year, and neither were successful. Hang on to him though for the fantasy playoffs. Check his schedule and you’ll see why.

Running Backs Start’em

Darren McFadden- he plays the Cardinals and will get the most carries for Oakland. Plus he has been decent this year so far. Arizona got blistered last week by Atlanta’s backup and they still have the same players this week. Enough said.

LeSean McCoy- he completely murdered the Lions last week, and now he gets the disastrous Jaguars. Look at what Mike Tolbert did against them last week and this decision is easy. I am forecasting 2 scores on the ground and 1 thru the air.

Jahvid Best- yes he plays Minnesota, but i still see him scoring. He has been tremendous in the first 2 weeks and when the train is rolling let it go. It may be on the ground, or thru the air, but one way or the other he will score.

Running Backs Sit’em

Jamal Charles- this is not because I doubt what he can do at all. I just doubt the Chiefs will give him the chance. Thomas Jones carried my fantasy team several times over the last 2 years, but last year was his peak. However KC is still giving him the bulk of the carries. Charles had more yards over the last 4 games last year than any back in history. I guess they missed that fact.

Ronnie Brown- Brown has the talent to be a top ten back. He has been decent so far this year, but nowhere near what he is capable of. He is facing the Jet’s brick wall of a run defense this week, and since he hasn’t blown it out so far this season, I don’t see this being the week it happens.

Ryan Mathews- it was announced today that Mathews has a high-ankle sprain. This could be nothing, or it can shut someone down for weeks. If you have him, I would definitely try to get Tolbert to throw on your bench. Being the 1st week since his injury, I just feel hesitant expecting too much from him. Plus he seems to have trouble holding on to the ball.

Wide Receivers Start’em

Malcolm Floyd- he has definitely shown that he can go deep. And the Seahawks have shown that they like to allow receivers to go deep against them. These 2 facts seem to show good things in Week 3 for Floyd. Not to mention it doesn’t look like V Jacks will be back in San Diego. Good thing if you drafted Floyd.

Anquan Boldin- despite Flacco’s mediocre performance this year, Boldin has had some balls make it to him. As I mentioned earlier, I definitely think this is the week that Joe Flacco decides to play ball like he is capable of. If I am right, Boldin should be the beneficiary.

DeSean Jackson- he has been a monster this year and last year. He is going against Jacksonville who cannot seem to do anything right. I was afraid that Vick would not be throwing many deep balls yet, but he definitely is. When he throws it long, Jackson should be nearby and nobody on the Jaguars can stop him.

Wide Receivers Sit-em

Bernard Berrian- in my draft this year, I was angry when someone drafted Berrian right before it was my pick. Boy do I owe that person a big thanks. It is unclear whether Berrian even showed up to the first 2 games this season because it sure did not seem like it. Simply put, he stinks even if they play Detroit.

Mike Sims-Walker- Mike had a decent week last week, but he is too inconsistent. I see the Eagles defense having a field-day with Jacksonville, and this includes shutting down David Garrard and the passing game.

T.J. Houshmandzadeh- I feel like Joe Flacco is a common theme in this article. Anquan Boldin and Derrick Mason have clearly shown that they are the top 2 targets in the Ravens passing game. Third is probably dump passes to Ray Rice. Somewhere way down the list is T.J. It’s time to dump this guy and pick up something on waivers.

And now with less details…

Tight Ends Start’em

Visanthe Shiancoe (MIN)

Chris Cooley (WAS)

Aaron Hernandez (NE)

Tight Ends Sit’em

Owen Daniels

Kellen Winslow

John Carlson

Defense Start’em

New England Patriots

San Diego Chargers

Minnesota Vikings

Defense Sit’em

Houston Texans

Atlanta Falcons

Denver Broncos

Kickers… Just pick one!

I find it funny that those who say that the rich should be paying more taxes, cannot seem to pay their own taxes (Tim Geithner, Charlie Rangel, John Kerry, Tom Daschle, on and on…)

I find it funny that the President who says we should be “making sacrifices during difficult times” thinks it is ok to spend thousands in TAXPAYER dollars to send his wife and daughter on a trip to Spain…

I find it funny that many people who complain about having so much taken out of their paycheck each week will vote Democrat in the next election…

I find it funny that many of these people who will vote Democrat cannot name the Vice President, any Supreme Court Justices, their own Senators, their own Representatives…

I find it funny that some of the people trying to pass themselves off as “conservative” Republicans are no more conservative than the “blue-dog democrats” (Mitt Romney, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Sarah Palin, etc)…

I find it funny that despite polling that suggests constituents hate their Senator/Representative, that many of them will be re-elected (HARRY REID)…

I find it funny that we now determine the success of a stimulus bill on jobs “saved or created”. I still have a job… Does that mean mine was saved???

I find it funny that I picked up my dry cleaning the other day and their was a “HELP WANTED” sign out front. Can someone please explain to me why with REAL unemployment going as high as 16 % and up, that ANY business should have to invest $10 in a Help Wanted sign? People should be banging on the door!…

I find it funny that we have a government that says big business is evil because they are not hiring more people, but they do nothing but hand out more incentives for people to stay at home…

I find it funny that we have a government who says they main priority is protecting the rights of citizens, but allow people to come across the border constantly (sometimes 10 times after being sent back!)…

I find it funny that we have elderly people who have worked hard their whole lives and cannot get help when they need it most, but we find the money to provide healthcare, education, housing, food, etc for people who are breaking the law simply by breathing the air in the United States…

I find it funny that we look to people like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and Ben Jealous to “bring people together”…

I find it funny that these people, along with others like Jay-Z, Beyonce, John Mayer, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Matt Damon, Stevie Wonder, and other scholarly dignitaries have more access to the President than those in charge of protecting the country…

I find it funny that a media who at times demonizes Republicans, conservatives, tea party members, and others on the “dark side”, praised a former Ku Klux Klan member as one of the most uniting Senators ever when he died…

I do not find it funny that the overwhelming majority of people in America know nothing about those who control their money, safety, and other aspects of their lives and personal freedom. I do not find it funny that many people who vote every year would not know who to vote for if the candidates were not labeled as “democrat” or “republican” on the ticket. I do not find it funny that the President and Congress are probably going to have an additional 15-20 million votes once they find a way to offer amnesty to those here illegally rather than enforcing law. I do not find it funny that government employees have enjoyed a much higher rate of pay increase over the last decade than private sector jobs.

Learn what the heck is going on around you and then make your decision…

The other day I received in the mail 2 DVD’s that I ordered over the phone. I am not going to name them due to the fact that I hope no one else will buy them. They were advertised as eye-opening documentaries on Obama and those around him. This afternoon I sat down to finally watch them which I have been looking forward to doing all week. After about 30 minutes, and a couple shots of “9/11 was an inside job” signs, I realized I had wasted $24.95 plus shipping on dvds created by these conspiracy theorist wackos that have these imaginary theories of secret world organizations and ruling groups more secretive than masons. Despite having already given them some of my hard earned money, I will not give them my time. Thus, I got up and turned on my computer. Since the length of time I regularly post on the website is similar to that of a kid with ADD watching a City Council debate, I am making no promises that I will follow thru on this. However, I am going to make a whole-hearted attempt to provide info to you on some of the trusty folks we have in high ranking positions in today’s government. I am not promising daily updates, but I will do my best to post as often as possible.

When trying to decide who to do first, I thought to myself, who is the biggest nobody loser hack I can think of that has the closest ties to the fuhrer and his family. The person who came to mind is Senior Adviser Valerie Jarrett. Look at her smiling face…

Now I understand that growing up, we all probably associated with some characters that we look back and wish we would have. We know people, and become friends with them, but occasionally learn things about that person that makes us stay away from them. However, in this case, Michelle Obama and Valerie Jarrett fell in love like a Bennettsville thug driving a Cheetos mobile falling in love with a Bennettsville thug driving a Huggies mobile (if you have no idea what i am talking about, then you are lucky).

As Michelle Malkin describes in her book, Culture of Corruption, Jarrett’s ties to Obama began when she worked with corrupt Mayor Richard Daley. As Jarrett moved up the government ladder, she drug along Michelle right behind her. One of these jobs was President and CEO of The Habitat Company. While you will see this position prominently displayed on her resume, you will not see mentioned the fact that she allowed public housing complexes to rot and fall apart to the extent that they cannot be lived in to this day. One of the complexes she oversaw, Grove Parc, received a score of 11 out of 100 on its condition by inspectors. Doesn’t exactly sound like anything to brag about.

One of the crucial decisions that Jarrett played a significant role in was the hiring of communist and admitted black nationalist, Van Jones, to the position that he would eventually resign form. Van Jones is credited with starting several groups, such as communist oriented Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM). Jarrett most likely became acquainted to Jones via her father-in-law, Vernon Jarrett. Vernon Jarrett was a labor movement activist who worked with Frank Marshall Davis. The two would pair up to to work with several communist organizations such as Citizens to Aid Packing House Workers, and the South Side Community Art Center, which were both known communist organizations.

Jarrett clearly displays the characteristics and has the type of past that can be devastating if she is allowed influence on key decisions. Jarrett, just as Michelle and Barack Obama, grew up in the corruption of Chicago politics. All 3 tout their background in community organizing, most of which focused on race-based objectives and shady activities. To think we have a President leading America that has never been as much as an assistant manager of a McDonalds, being advised by a disgraceful and questionable person such as Valerie Jarrett is scary. Unfortunately, the media does not report on these types of stories and many of the same people who woke up around 2PM, walked up from their parents basement, and forced themselves to go to the poll and pull the lever for Obama on that November day, will never do the research they should (one reason why people should have to take a knowledge test and pay taxes in order to vote, but thats another rant).

November is right around the corner…

Well, there certainly is a lot going on in the world today. Most of which can be described in just a sentence or two. Since I know many people don’t have a lot of time to read long postings, and I don’t always have time to write them, I am going to offer up some quick facts about the day’s news.

1. Everyone needs to support Nikki Haley for S.C. Governor. She clearly has what it takes to stand up for what we need, and not give in to the poisonous left and media. I walked out my front door yesterday to proudly discover that a member of her campaign team had placed a Haley for Gov sign in my front yard, along with a spare in the walkway. That is personal outreach in my opinion. She has been endorsed by RedState.com, a terrific conservative site run by Erick Erickson from his home in Macon, GA. Also, though he has not always been my favorite, Mitt Romney endorsed Haley for Governor just this week. Take a look at her website, watch the video of the debate, and make your decision. Barrett, McMaster (while he needs to stay in as A.G.), and Bauer sound like 3 bumbling idiots throughout the debate. It is great!

2. Several California cities are boycotting Arizona over the new (not really new) immigration law. Really? I mean really? Does anyone care what these idiots think?

3. Phoenix, yes Phoenix, is threatening to sue AZ over the law. Mayor Phil Gordon must enjoy being the #2 kidnapping capital of the world. No better way to show your allegiance to the bad guy than by trying to stop the reduction of kidnappings and violent crimes in your own city. You know where the #1 kidnapping capital is? Take 1 guess…

4. President Obama said yesterday “I mean, I do think at a certain point you’ve made enough money.” And how much is that exactly? $10 million, $1 million, or your favorite number, $250,000? Yep, definitely following the be all you can be phrase.

5. A 3 yr old boy was arrested in France on suspicion that he was a terrorist. Not even worth going into…..

6. Charlie Crist is looking more and more like he is going to run against Rubio as an independent, since he is likely to get squashed in the primary. I seem to remember on FoxNews Sunday a few weeks ago, Crist clearly saying “I will run as a Republican”. Oh, but that must have been taken out of context. He clearly meant that as meaning that all options are still on the table. (not even Rahm Emanuel will take his calls).

7. Screeching banshee on the right, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, says that AZ’s new immigration law is wrong, and stated that the law can be compared to the actual breaking of the law by the illegals. She also stated support for Carl Levin’s ignorant repeated use of the word s**t over and over when speaking to Wall Street execs. “At least they are being held accountable” she claims???

8. Happy Meals have been outlawed in Santa Clara, CA. Please reference fun fact #2 above.

9. Obama used taxpayer money to help teach Muslims how to start their own businesses. A 2 day “entrepreneurship summit” was held this week to help improve relations with the Muslim world. Add this on to the millions spent annually on sending foreigners to American universities. I’ll remember this each money as my student loan payment automatically drafts from my checking account. Dang mom and dad, why couldn’t I have been Nigerian?

10. Today makes 2 days in a row that I have played golf and boy is it nice. Just thought I’d throw that in there.

I’mmmmmm baaaaaaaaaccccccckkkkkkk!

Yes, after an 8 month hiatus, I am re-energized, and ready to get back to sharing my thoughts and feelings with anyone who has absolutely nothing else to do but accidentally stumble upon my website. In the past 8 months, we have seen everything from Tiger Woods getting caught screwing 12 women to Barack Hussein Obama somehow getting away with screwing over 300 million. We have at the moment, a new healthcare bill which has the hands of millions outstretching even further towards the federal gub-ment. We have states suing the feds, and Al Sharpton doing, well, whatever it is that he does. We also saw a real man, Phil Mickelson, win another green jacket in Augusta, and the All-American American Jack Swagger capture the World Heavyweight Title (Still not the best “American” themed wrestler. That distinction will always go to the real American hero, Kurt Angle).

In my personal life, the past 8 months has been quite good. I decided to give Carnival Cruiseline a second chance, and boy was that a great idea. We once again chose the Bahamas as our destination, and what a nice place that is. I have never seen better weather, or more hard-working and nice people in my life. I have continued in the same profession, though i will not explain details, but I will say I have continued to ensure that the communication hopes and dreams of the Augusta area come true. Yes, I realized how old I am getting due to the fact that my brother will be graduating college in 2 weeks, and hopefully moving on to pursue a master’s degree and higher. Yep, that kid is alright in my book. Throwing age out the window, we also learned that the greatest annual event in the world, Wrestlemania, will be a mere 2 hours away from us next year. The only decision left to make is not will we go, but what characters will we invent and dress up as?

OK, now on to business.

I want you to take a look at these pictures…

All people you probably do not know. All from different parts of the country. I will briefly tell you about each going from left to right.

1. Officer Rodney Johnson of Houston, TX. As many officers are, Officer Johnson had been recognized for brave and heroic acts. One can assume he became a police officer because he wanted to make his community and city a better, safer place. In 2006, Officer Johnson pulled over illegal immigrant, Juan Leonardo Quintero, for what seemed to be a routine traffic stop. After discovering that Quintero had no valid drivers license, Officer Johnson arrested him and put him the backseat of the patrol car. During the officer’s pat-down, he apparently missed a gun that Quintero had concealed. Officer Johnson got in the drivers seat of his patrol car, and was abruptly shot 4 times in the back of the head by Quintero. Officer Johnson left behind his wife and their 5 children. Juan Leonardo Quintero, an illegal immigrant, had previously been deported in 2004 after his conviction of indecency with a child. Had the border been protected, Officer Johnson may still be alive.

2. 9 yr old Jordin Paulder of Fulton County Georgia. Jordin and friends were playing one day in the parking lot of the apartment complex where they lived. A car road by that appeared to have a bad tire. Jordin yelled out to the car hoping to get the attention of the driver to let him know about the tire. The car turned around, and Santos Cabrera Borjas, apparent illegal immigrant, got out of the car. He walked up to Jordin and slammed an axe into Jordin’s face. Borjas was killed shortly thereafter in a standoff with police. Had immigration received the priority that it should have, perhaps Jordin would be alive today.

3. Paramedic Ryan Ostendorf of Lawrence, Kansas. While driving to work one day, Ostendorf’s vehicle was struck head-on by the vehicle driven by illegal immigrant, Victor Anzua-Torres. Anzua-Torres had a blood-alcohol level well over the legal limit. He had even been deported before for drunken driving, but somehow made it back into the country. As Anzua-Torres told the attorney, driving while drunk is often seen as “tough” by Hispanics, and he wanted to show how bad and tough he really was. The paramedics that arrived on the seen to assist Ostendorf had the unfortunate luck of seeing one of the co-workers and friends die.

4. Robert Frentz of Arizona. Perhaps the most recent example of violence from illegal immigrants is cattle-rancher Robert Frentz. Robert was recently killed on his own land by what is believed to be an illegal immigrant who then fled to Mexico. What makes this case so atrocious, is the fact that Frentz was actually known to help illegal immigrants he came across by offering them water in the extreme Arizona temperatures. Krentz was known to help anyone who needed help.

President Barack Obama, as well as Janet Napolitano, have stated on multiple occasions that American borders are secure. There are hundreds, if not thousands of reasons, such as those above, that these statements are 100% false and dishonest. This comes as no surprise, as is visible in the “out of nowhere” push for immediate immigration reform. The democrats claim that the reform they want will make Americans safer, protect jobs, and allow fair treatment for all Americans. Reasonable people clearly see thru the lies. We see that this is a mid-term election year, and the democrats are in trouble. They view amnesty as the pathway to even more reliable votes from those that would unjustly become American citizens if they have their way. While they are liars and crooks, they however are not stupid. They realize that a large thanks for Obama being elected had to go to the record numbers of African-Americans and Hispanics who voted for him. Without a minority Presidential candidate on the ticket in November, they realize that the race-based vote and support that got him elected, will not be as prevalent this November.

There are many prominent figures who claim that opposing amnesty is the result of being a racist. To them I say shame on you. Never can you make an argument or fight for a cause without involving race. I oppose amnesty and support COMPLETE AND SWIFT action be taken to seek out people who openly break the law and enter America illegally and immediately deport them. I heard a good point this morning made by Mike Church (if you do not know who this is, please listen to Sirius 144 at 9am daily). The fact that you are not an American citizen means that you are in fact a citizen of another country. It is not my job as an American to subsidize citizens from other countries, and this is exactly what has been happening for years.

Immigration is not about race. It is about preserving the rights of Americans, and preserving the rights of those immigrants who choose to move to the United States by following the appropriate legal path.

Yes, as much as I thought and hoped it would never happen, Michael Vick has now been signed to a new NFL team– The now deplorable Philadelphia Eagles. Before I get into what he is now known for, let’s revisit his past shall we?

2004- Two men are arrested for possession and distributing marijuana. The men are picked up while driving a vehicle belonging to Michael Vick. Vick took no responsibility and blamed his friends for being untrustworthy. Well sir, who chose these friends?

October 2004- Michael Vick and friends were going thru security screening in an Atlanta airport. One of Vick’s friends (see a theme?) is caught on tape stealing the watch of a security screener when he was not looking. The watch was eventually returned

2005- Woman claims that Michael Vick, a.k.a. Ron Mexico, intentionally and knowingly gave her an STD. She claims Vick knew about the disease, and sought treatment under the above alias. Vick eventually settled out of court with the woman.

2006- After being booed by fans in the Georgia Dome following a loss to New Orleans, Vick gives 2 middle fingers to fans while exiting the field. He is fined $10,000 by the NFL, and also donates another $10,000 to charity.

2007- In yet another airport incident, Michael Vick is caught with a water bottle which contained a hidden compartment with what appeared to be marijuana. Vick claimed that the hidden compartment was for jewelery.

And then comes the dog-fighting allegations. After initially lying about the charges, Vick admits to the following…

*Allowing dogfights to be held on his property

*Gambling on the dogfights and organizing others to gamble

*Funding these dogfights including the dogs, kennels, cages, houses, as well as the instruments used to kill and torture the dogs

*Assisting in the training of dogs to learn to fight and creating vicious tendencies in the dogs thru torture

*Allowing the hanging of dogs who were old or failed to perform

*Allowing the drowning of dogs who were old or failed to perform

*Allowing the electrocution of dogs who were old or failed to perform

*Allowing the beating of dogs who were old or failed to perform

And this man deserves a “2nd” chance? I believe he is now in his 4th, 5th, 6th chance. Who knows at this point?

Even after all of this, while out on probation, Vick failed a required random drug test!

So you see, allowing him to re-enter the NFL is not a 2nd chance. He should have run out of chances long ago. He should be forced to the same tough life others face when they exit prison for a crime of this nature.

Michael Vick is a despicable human being, just as any person who participates in this type of activity is. Yes, I know there are plenty of people saying “Oh, he has paid his debt to society” or “He should be commended for admitting his mistakes”. Yes I know the law and yes i know people should be allowed to work when exiting prison. The problem I have is that after showing what type of evil and selfish person he is, that he will move on to making potentially millions over the rest of the football career he may still have.

What disappoints me even more are the numbers of people who rooted for him over this entire process. Those ignorant fans in Atlanta, and around the country, should be ashamed of themselves. Not only that, but the parents who raised them should be even more ashamed. People who are evil enough to commit these actions on animals, people, or anything do not deserve to have one thing made easy for them.

Do these people not feel that if he is evil enough to commit these actions, that there is not more screws loose in his sick head that could lead to even worse actions in the future? I do not feel that a person can engage in acts like this, and then suddenly be sorry and truly remorseful. This was not a 1 time incident or bad decision. This was a lengthy operation and was meticulously covered up and carried out. I do indeed hope he is truthful when he says he is sorry, but I do not believe it for a second.

June 28th,2009

Friday evening, a tremendous tragedy occurred in the House. First off, this happened despite the outstanding efforts on reputable and honorable Congressmen such as John Boehner (OH), Mike Pence (IN), and others to prevent this job killing energy tax that will most likely not make it through the Senate when the votes come down in the Fall. However, with a margin of 219-212, the House passed the bill, which covered over 1200 pages, including over 300 pages of amendments filed at 3:09AM the night before the vote.

Actions such as these should make it clear to voters who they must send to the ranks of the unemployed in the crucial 2010 elections. Unfortunately, a large bulk of the uninformed voters who cast a ballot for Obama, are most likely the ones who could not even tell you anything about what Cap and Trade is, or even that one of the most important votes ever in the House took place 2 days ago. They are the ones who view Republicans as “big evil businessmen, who cut deals with oil companies and others just to make a buck”. They view the Democrats as the ones “looking out for the little guy”. Wow, could they be more wrong?

It is 100% fact that if this Cap and Trade energy tax were to ever become law, it would kill thousands, if not millions of jobs. It would drive energy costs sky high for companies. This will then cause energy bills for the folks Democrats falsely claim to be protecting to go through the roof!

This bill is about nothing more than POWER. Power over the lives of the people living in this country. The Democrats will not rest until they control every last thing that we do. Some, including Obama and Pelosi, call this bill moderate and one that should appeal to both sides. THEY COULD NOT BE MORE UNTRUTHFUL. I am not saying they are simply incorrect. I am saying that they are simply liars. This is a radical, left-wing bill and does nothing more than give them more power and satisfy the desires of radical environmentalists, some of whom do not think the bill goes FAR ENOUGH!

Do you think I am wrong? Obama and the Democrats have answered this one for me. Part of this new tax is a rebate credit that will be given to low income citizens who are hurt by the higher energy costs that OBAMA himself admits will result!

Obama Quote from San Francisco Chronicle: Under my plan of a cap and trade system, electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket. Businesses would have to retrofit their operations. That will cost money. They will pass that cost onto consumers.

There you have it. He said it himself! And still people will not listen. Now I want to get into who is directly responsible for this bill passing in the House. Now I understand that it was expected for Democratic members to vote with the Speaker on this. The pressure that her and the President most likely put on them was no less than tremendous, not to mention the “back-room” deals that were agreed upon to buy votes. The 8 members I would like to focus on are the so-called Republican members who betrayed their Party and more importantly the American people they represent. When you look at the states represented by these 8, they will come as no surprise. Nonetheless, they must be held accountable for their betrayal. Step one is to contact them directly, regardless of whether they are from your state or not. Their actions affect all of us and they must hear from all of us. Next to their names below, is the direct phone number to their office on Capitol Hill. No need to go through the switchboard, this will take you right to them.

Mary Bono Mack (CA)- (202)225-5330

Michael Castle (DE)- (202)225-4165

John McHugh (NY)- (202)225-4611

Frank LoBiondo (NJ)- (202)225-6572

Leonard Lance (NJ)- (202)225-5361

Mark Kirk (IL)- (202)225-4835

David Reichert (WA)- (202)225-7761

Chris Smith (NJ)- (202)225-3765

Call them. If they do not answer, call them again. If you are able to reach them, which I am sure will be difficult because their phone lines will most likely be turned off with the influx of calls, be polite and ask them what it is about the bill that they like. They will have no logical answer to this question. Tell them you will find out who they are running against next time, and you will ensure that they are defeated. Nothing will scare a Congressman more than the threat of not having that position. They must be held accountable.

And as for the Democrats, the passing of this bill for you will result in terrible things. After this, I am sure you will think you can try to hammer through more and more radical bills every day. You will fail at this, as well as fail at maintaining your House majority after the 2010 elections. You may think you are sneaky, but even your self-proclaimed wisdom will not get past the American people after your actions result in higher costs, fewer jobs, and a faster-shrinking economy than ever before.

These are just a few facts about what Cap & Trade will do…

-Electricity Rates will rise as much as 90%

-Over 1 million MORE jobs will be lost

-Federal debt will rise over 25%

-American families will pay on average $1500 more per year for energy

-Most importantly, Cap & Trade will do nothing to help the environment or reduce CO2 emissions which Democrats claim we must do

This is not an energy bill as Democrats claim. It is nothing more than a new indirect tax that will drive up costs and put people out of work. With energy costs having gone up for years now, this will cause the increase to take off like never before. Obama claims this bill will create jobs and also help save the economy. FALSE!

You all need to read ones of my favorite quotes ever by a man named William Boetcker…

You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot help small men by tearing down big men.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot lift the wage-earner by pulling down the wage-payer.
You cannot help the poor man by destroying the rich.
You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than your income.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot establish security on borrowed money.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away men’s initiative
and independence.
You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they could
and should do for themselves.

Makes a lot of sense doesn’t it?

Yes, these people planned for the future. They planned for the future because obviously, based on the pictures below, they do not make the best decisions. Since they do not make the best decisions, they will most likely need help in life. Since they will most likely need help in life, they did an excellent job planning for that help by casting their vote for their man, Obama. Not much to write here, and I know this has been pointed out for months, but I just felt like checking it out again. Even though there very well may have been some (doubt it), I do not remember seeing many mug shots of people in shirts showing support for George Bush, Ronald Reagan, etc. Nor even Bill Clinton, or other Democrats I will also point out. Just hilarious. Got these from www.therightperspective.org. Check them out.

Well, we have now learned who the next Supreme Court Justice will be. His majesty Obama has chosen a fair, balanced, constitution-focused justice who will do everything… Wait… that is wrong. Mr. Obama has nominated a racist, sexist, wannabe-lawmaker to hold one of the most prestigious positions in the country. Sonia Sotomayor, despite the fight Republicans will most likely wage, will be the next member of the United States Supreme Court.

In her acceptance speech, Sotomayor referenced a very honorable quote often used by Justices Sandra Day O’Connor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg who quite often said ” a wise old man and a wise old woman would reach the same conclusion when deciding cases”. I think that Sotomayor missed the fact that the Supreme Court, as delegated by the Constitution, exists solely to INTERPRET what the Constitution clearly says. Sotomayor’s feelings on the quote are as follows… “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.” Oh how could a statement possibly make her admit that she is more unqualified than this. As I watch the reaction to this pick unfold on the evening news, I cannot help but cringe.

It is people just like the one that was just interviewed as a “political expert” on PBS with Jim Lehrer. She said that this was a wonderful thing because it is important that throughout this diverse country, with the various cultures that exist, it is important that every American have someone in the court that they can relate to and have pride in. It is important that Americans have someone that will use their values and apply them to the Constitution. WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The job of a Supreme Court Justice is to interpret what the founders wrote in the Constitution. It is not for them to decide what is right and wrong, what is legal and illegal based on their opinions, or to use their values to drive their interpretation.

Moving on, I want to show a video of Sonia Sotomayor. This is from a meeting a Duke University where she put her foot in her mouth once again. Stating that “All of the Legal Defense Funds out there — they’re looking for people with Court of Appeals experience. Because it is — Court of Appeals is where policy is made. And I know, and I know, that this is on tape, and I should never say that. Because we don’t “make law,” I know. Okay, I know. I know. I’m not promoting it, and I’m not advocating it. I’m . . you know. ‘

This sums up her knowledge in what the job requires very very clearly. It shows that she in fact believes that the court makes the law. Clearly not what the Constitution allows for, but obviously what she admits and what she knows is the result of the Supreme Court being empowered to do just that for many years now.

In the end, this proves one thing. That Barack Obama has 1 of 2 problems

1. He honestly believes this person is qualified for the job (WRONG)

2.He has the evil and power-hungry motives that many think he does and simply nominated her due to reasons including exactly what she said in her quote, that she “is a wise Latina woman”.
